MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
A minimum order of $300 is required to complete a wholesale order. 
SAMPLES
If you would prefer to try some of our products before placing a wholesale order with us, we will be happy to send some or our soap samples free of charge. We would only ask you to cover any additional shipping charges if you are outside the US.
PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order or request soap samples please complete registration for a wholesale account by following this link.  Please be sure and read our wholesale terms and agree to them before submitting your registration.
PAYMENT
Orders for any quantities under 200 pieces  must be paid in full at the time of order.
Wholesale orders are payable to Mustard Seed Soap Co. via Credit Card.
PRICE
The wholesale price is set in advance and available for viewing at the time of completion of your wholesale account.  The suggested retail price (SRP) is based on our own retail website and recommended. Although this is not a mandatory retail price for re-selling, we do kindly ask our stockists, whenever possible, not to sell our products below the SRP. However, feel free to offer specials or occasional discounts.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All of our products are handmade by us.  While our priority is to ship all orders as soon as possible, it can sometimes take 3-6 weeks if one or more products are out of stock.  Any products that show out of stock as status may still be ordered but will likely be delayed a minimum of 3 weeks.  Please keep this in mind when placing a large wholesale order.
Once your order is received we will confirm your order.  We will then inform you of an approximate order completion or if there will be any delay in product that may not be available at that time as well as your expected shipping date.
Placing your orders in advance of when you will be requiring the stock will allow us to plan our production ahead of time and keep a constant supply flow of stock for all of our stockist’s.
SHIPPING
We ship orders with tracked services. The shipping rate depends on the weight of the parcel and the destination. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order.  All shipping charges will be calculated and included in your final total at the time of  your completion of placing your wholesale order.  Shipping is free on orders subtotaling $400 or more, as is Local Pick-up/Delivery.
Liability for the loss of the delivery shall be limited to the replacement of the products or a refund of the invoice products only if a similar replacement stock is unavailable and only via the standard shipping insurance coverage amount available from the shipping carrier that is USPS.  Any additional shipping insurance coverage will be at the expense of the buyer and not the responsibility of Mustard Seed Soap Co. Standard shipping insurance amount of $50 is included in all orders shipped.
DAMAGED GOODS
Should you receive damaged goods please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include images. Any damaged goods will be replaced based on current stock availability. 
SHELF LIFE
We handcraft all of our products without the use of preservatives with the exception of our solid shampoo and conditioner bars, and body scrubs these will contain a naturally derived preservative.  We recommend using our skincare products within 6 months of purchase.  Soaps have a much longer shelf life, but because we only use essential oils for scent, the natural scent of the oils may fade over time.  You can help slow this process down by keeping your stock in an lightproof closed container.
STORAGE
We strongly recommend that our products be kept in a cool, dark and dry environment. Damp/high humidity and warm conditions can damage handmade soaps. We recommend keeping any extra stock in dark containers preferably with moisture absorber packs for best storage conditions.  Any variations of soap scents should be stored in separate containers.
*** handmade soaps made with essential oils must not come into contact with any metal surfaces (eg. metal shelves, trays, etc).  If you must please add a barrier such as lining with paper towel or parchment paper before placing soap on a metal surface.
DISTRIBUTORS/DROP-SHIPPING
Currently Mustard Seed Soap Co. is the only approved distributor of Mustard Seed Soap Co. products.  At this time we do not offer drop-shipping of any Mustard Seed Soap Co. products.
OUR HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
Please take into consideration that as our products are handcrafted and we strive to keep a consistency in the design, scent, color size & weight, these features can vary slightly at times. We will also from time to time re-design or update a product to bring in new fresh elements. If you would like to see examples of our most recent batches, please do not hesitate to contact us with a request for batch photos.
Any design updates or natural variations in our products are beautiful bonuses of our handcrafted goods, these variations and occasional updates should be expected and not grounds for a refund or replacement of product.

Professional photographs of our products are available for all our wholesale stockists to use on websites and social media platforms. You will be provided a link to download product images to use upon completion of registering your wholesale account. Please take into consideration that these images are sized for use for web viewing only and are not suitable for print media. If you require high-resolution images for print media please send us a request stating so.
